FAQ:
Do you buy cards?
- Yes! We purchase Magic: The Gathering, Pokémon, Dragon Ball Super & Fusion, One Piece, Digimon, Weiss Schwarz, Final Fantasy, Union Arena, Flesh & Blood, Shadowverse.
- We pay 50% Tcgplayer Marketplace Price on all Magic & Pokémon cards $5 and over, 25% on cards under $5. For all other card games, we pay 50% the difference between Tcgplayer lowest listing and market price. We do not issue store credit so all transactions must be complete at the time of purchase.
- Sadly, we do not. At this time, we are reworking our bulk storage. Do to this we aren't accepting donations of bulk either, we are very sorry for the inconvenience.
- All cards must be unsleeved so we can grade their condition accurately. You can bring them in a binder or a box as long as the previous condition is meet. For larger collections we recommend calling a head
Store Rules:
- No outside Drinks. Customers may bring liquids in a thermos or other washable container. No drinks or food are allowed on the table during events for the safety of everyone's cards.
- Players are not allowed to sell cards to each other while in the store. You may, however, purchase product or a gift card for them in exchange for cards.
- All players in events must maintain proper hygiene and be sure not to smell of any strong odors (body order, pet, cigarette, ect)
- While listening devices are allowed headphone are required. Most events do not allow players the use of phones or listening devices, please check your games floor rules if this is allowed.
- Please keep all language and conversations appropriate for a public place.
Policies
Returns
- A customer may return a product within 7 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange as long as the product is still sealed. The customer must have proof of purchase, if a card was used, we have the ability to look up the purchase.
- Booster Boxes, Decks, & Singles cannot be returned once purchased.
- All online orders must be picked up with in 7 days of being submitted. This time maybe extended with communication but will be handled on a case-by-case bases.
- Failure to pick up an order will result in its cancelation and will be subject to a 10% restocking fee
- To preorder an item customers must pay for it at the time of ordering.
- Customers can cancel preorders 5 days prior to the products release fora full refund. All cancelations will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
